Photography has been on my mind a lot these days. A LOT. My friend Amanda and I have decided to partner together under the name "Branch & Twig Photography" to help share the load and the learning curve of moving toward professional photography. Neither of us have had any schooling, and neither of us feels 100% confident in what we do. By teaming up, we're hoping to be able to do more of what we love and do it even better than we could have on our own.
This whole process has pretty much kicked my butt into high gear. I had become somewhat, ahem, lax in my photography as of late. I have many and various excuses for that, none of which you'd like to hear, I'm sure. All of a sudden, taking photographs in my own home, of my own children, has become exciting again. If I'm not taking beautiful images of my own family, then I might as well throw in the towel on taking beautiful images of other people's families!
And so, I will attempt to post more portraits of my kids, more often. God has indeed blessed me with three adorable munchkins.
